2)     Sales Policy

Promotional coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers; only one promotional code can be used per order.

Promotional coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders.

All discounted sale items are FINAL SALE.

3)  Return/Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date the order shipped from us. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed, unused and unaltered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to “How to return an item” for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return. Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges at this time.

Please note the following:

–       All sale items are FINAL SALE.

–       Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner or we will be unable to accept it as a return.

–       We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above.

–       An order number or name of original purchaser is required for any exchanges/returns.

–       Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to process your return AFTER it has been received by Slip77.

–       Returns received after 30 days from the date of original shipment are returnable for store credit only.

–       Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to change refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.

–       Any special order, personalized, monogrammed, or customized product cannot be returned or exchanged.

–       If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Because of the limited nature of many of our products, if you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend purchasing your preferred size/item before sending back what you wish to return. This is not required, but may help guarantee that you get the size or item you desire.

How to return an item:

All returns must be authorized by Slip77. Please send your return request to with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Please include the reason for your return.

Please note that we have two different addresses for returns depending on if the package is being sent United States Postal Service OR FedEX/UPS.

Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to:

Please be mindful that Slip77 will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. Slip77 will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 48hrs.
